Rhythm Group has now reconsolidated its strengths – refined and revitalized!

We are currently living in a time of extraordinary change. The economic threat is stark, simple, and very real. This demands that we challenge the way we have come to think about how we do business. What was once good enough is no longer competitive. What were once limitless resources now have to be used ever more efficiently. Companies are halving the time it takes to serve their deliverables, and with dramatically higher quality. Various technological and management innovations have been deployed to reduce the costs of doing business by at least one-third over the last decade and, furthermore, with increased reliability and speed. These dramatic improvements have been achieved by innovating or throwing away the many obsolete business models, inventing new management concepts, procedures and practices, and then continually improving them.

It is hard enough for us to keep up with these changes, let alone try to lead them, even though leading them is what we must do if we want to become the primary productive agent in the business that we do, and in the markets that we serve. We are going to get the most out of our people by empowering them in a more pragmatic hierarchical structure and learning culture; and by preparing them with relevant trainings, and encouraging their personal creativity and activity-scheduling discipline. We will innovate our business models and we shall deal with our costs in a more conscientious manner. We will practice cross-functional products and services development and selling teams, develop win-win trading alliances and relationships, and greatly improve our information and decision support systems, as well as our technical support and service infrastructure. In short, we are going to emphasize on the mentality of competitive rationality, which is thinking and acting smarter, faster.
